Most companies conduct a pre-employment drug screening before hiring employees. Basically these tests are precautionary measures which are taken to avoid future hazards and health problems concerning the employees and their medical records. We all know, just like alcohol, employees are safer and statistically are involved in fewer accidents, when they are free substance abuse, while on the job.
