The cell phone has truly evolved. From just being a phone, it has become a “smart”phone – being able to play music and video files, take pictures because of camera integration, access the internet, play games and many more (GPS, alarm clock, calendar features, etc.)

It is safe to say that there are three popular smartphones in the market today – the iPhone, Blackberry and the Android. The iPhone has been deemed as a “culture” in itself – revolutionizing the way phones are perceived by society today. But today I am going to focus on the Blackberry.

· It is not a good idea to buy a used battery. You will not know how much life is left in it and also you can never be sure it has been treated properly. Second hand batteries could be potentially unsafe.

· Make sure you buy a battery with a warranty. This will mean you get a free replacement should the battery turn out to be faulty. Most manufacturers offer a 3 to 5 year warranty on new car and motorcycle batteries.

· Make sure you check around and compare prices. You could get some great deals on good quality bike and car batteries if you look online. There are plenty of reputable websites selling batteries which can be delivered straight to your door. This is a fast, affordable and easy way to buy replacement batteries.

I don’t see myself upgrading anytime soon even if I do not have an iphone warranty on my iPhone3Gs. I am quite satisfied with it and I hope it will last and won’t give up on me for a long, long, long time – until such time friends will sell their used iPhone4G
