Drinking red wine occasionally has been proven to be beneficial to one’s health. It contains anti-oxidants that can improve heart circulation. This is why most wine brands claim that it is good for the heart. Doctors say that you can even take one glass of wine everyday. Getting Rid of My Food Allergies

Itches and rashes. These are the common effects of food allergies in my body. Examples of these foods that trigger this kind of reaction to my body are shell-fish, peanuts and chocolates.

My doctor said that most allergies are idiopathic, meaning, the source is unknown. But in my case, I know very well what triggers my itches and rashes and unfortunately, these are the foods that I love to eat. I have tried taking different kinds of vitamin supplements to help my body become immune with these allergic reactions. So far, nothing has worked for me yet.

A friend of mine told me about the natural vitamins that she bought from a friend of hers. According to her, ever since she started taking those vitamins, some of her skin rashes disappeared. These vitamins are made up of natural/organic products that are not harmful to our bodies.

I asked her if she could give me some of these vitamins so I could try it. At first, I didn’t feel any changes in my body. My skin rashes were still there and I still feel itchy whenever I eat chocolates. But after a few months, I started noticing the changes. My skin became clearer and my rashes are less compared before. My body still reacts to shell-fish, peanuts and chocolates but my discomfort to itchiness is now more tolerable. My continuous use of these natural vitamins could probably solve my problems with food allergies.

What to look for in Cake Recipes

Cake recipes are not exactly easy dinner recipes . They’re hard to follow. They involve several steps, and require precision especially when it comes to quantities and timing. However, there are still some cookie recipes and cake recipes out there that can be prepared even by beginners. Here are examples from Tidingsmag.com.

Banana oat bars

Composed mostly of quick-cooking oats, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, milk, and banana, the banana oat bar is probably one of the simplest and fastest cake recipes to make. Unlike other kinds of cakes or snack bars, this particular dessert/snack can be prepared by simply mixing in all the ingredients and then cooking the resulting mix in a nonstick pan at 350°F. Depending on the amount you’ve used, you just wait until the whole thing turns light brown before cutting into bars.

Apple spice cake

Another beginner’s favorite, the apple spice cake is one of the easiest to prepare cakes of all time. After combining flour with salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, just set the mix aside. Then just cream butter, sugar and eggs until the mix becomes fluffy before adding in the applesauce, the flour, and the nuts. After combining everything, just bake the whole thing under 325°F for 50 minutes and that’s it.

Fruit Cake

Although most people think otherwise, fruit cakes are some of the cakes that should belong to very easy dinner recipes. In fact, the only thing that’s not easy about it is getting the ingredients. Afterwards, it’s a simple mix and bake just like the two previous desserts.

2 Chicken Recipes That Make Use of Your Oven

Chicken recipes are a must for our home. After pork, chicken is the next favorite meat in the house so it’s a must to know as many chicken dishes as possible. So far, here are two chicken recipes that my family loves to have.

Chicken Kiev

This is one of the easiest healthy recipes found in Tidingsmag.com. Basically, it involves three basic steps – preparation of filling, stuffing, and cooking. Filling preparation consists of mixing the butter with parsley, salt and pepper. The resulting mix is then chilled before it is stuffed into the chicken portions. To cover the whole thing, flour is sprinkled onto the chicken before the chicken is dipped into the egg mixture and covered with breadcrumbs. The resulting mix is then baked in a preheated oven for around 40 minutes until brown. This meal is best eaten with vodka as your drink.

Chicken Marsala

This dish is also for those who are on a healthy diet. It is another one of those baked chicken dishes so this meal has lower cholesterol. However, you would need to sauté the chicken after dredging it in flour before baking it in a preheated oven. The sauce preparation is likewise very easy to do and involves simple sautéing of the ingredients. The sauce is simply poured over the chicken after baking.

Search Recipes Suitable for Outdoor Entertaining

Summer recipes should be light and healthy. You might not want to spend a lot of time inside over a hot stove. Instead, head to the great outdoors to create meals the whole family will love.

Grilling

Grilling allows you to be outside and part of the party while you are cooking. Since this is a staple in summer cooking just change up the menu a little bit. You can search recipes for ingredients like lamb, shrimp, salmon, or pork. You can also offer your guests a variety of grilled appetizers so everyone can choose food that they like. The grill isn’t just for meat. You can grill your bread or vegetables for consistent flavors throughout.

No Cook Side Dishes

If you’re grilling meat then simplify the rest of the meal. Summer cooking should showcase healthy fruits and vegetables. Change up a fruit salad by adding in nuts or chocolate shavings. You can also mix up the basic ingredients to include mangoes or oranges.

Veggie and fruit platters are a staple at dinner parties, but you can reinvent this. Make a dip for the fruit using cream cheese or marshmallow cream. You can also make a series of dips for variety. This is also a way to entice kids to eat healthier. Vary up the vegetable platter with colorful red and orange peppers or olives. Vegetable dips can feature herbs and spices like chives or curry.

Dessert

It’s even possible to make dessert on a grill. You can also grill fruit like pineapples or peaches and serve it with ice cream or cheese. Dessert can be a chance for your guests to help with the cooking which is a fun group activity. Pick up an ice cream ball that your friends can roll around the yard to create a summer treat. You can also set up a fire pit to roast marshmallows for smores.

The Letter is P.

I am Peggy and I love to delight and amuse myself with anything artistically visual. I spend many hours on Etsy and either send money, get frustrated because I do not have money and wish I was talented with anything other than having the talent to spot nice things.

Which I think all people inherently have.

I love to shop. I love to window shop. Online.
