Nice Gift Idea

You can buy it at Paloma’s Nest – and it’s an Etsy store!

As seen in the New York Times! Now back in stock and ready to ship out to you within 3-5 business days of your order.

With the arrival of every season comes a time for regeneration, rebirth, prosperity, and hope…there is no better symbol for these things than the Egg.

And, appropriately, no better time than now, the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birth, to use one of my favorite quotes of his….WHATEVER YOU ARE, BE A GOOD ONE.

This egg is slip-cast from pure white clay in the same dimensions and smooth texture as a real egg, making it quite the little piece of "trompe-l’œil."

The text is hand stamped, one letter at a time, in black ink. No two eggs are exactly alike, so please allow for slight variations from the one shown in the photo.

You can be assured that it will definitely be a "good egg."

Each egg will arrive in its own "nest," lovingly tucked inside a gift box ready to give to a dear friend or hostess, or as party favors to your own guests.

Greet the season with a piece to inspire reflection all year ’round; this mini sculpture is beautiful on a dining table, desk, or nightstand, with or without its nest, or gathered in a bowl with several other eggs.

The Letter is P.

I am Peggy and I love to delight and amuse myself with anything artistically visual. I spend many hours on Etsy and either send money, get frustrated because I do not have money and wish I was talented with anything other than having the talent to spot nice things.

Which I think all people inherently have.

I love to shop. I love to window shop. Online.
